I can’t respond to booking requests until 15 November. This house is on a quiet tree-lined street but within walking distance of Herne Hill, Brixton, and Brockwell Park, the biggest in Lambeth. There is very limited weekday parking. There are excellent bus, underground and train links eg 30 mins to the West End. The boat is moored within a marina which means that there is very limited boat movement on the water.
