The house built in 1894 was one of the first in Roxton. The population is 548, no stop light. Chaparral Trail is 126 yds, Rock Falls park is 1/4 of a mile N. It has been a favorite place to take pictures. Roxton has bank ATM, PO, Cafe, 2 museums, gas station and library. A 15 minute drive to Paris.

Styled with Art Deco glamour, it’s a “1920s meets 2020s” luxury stay. Please note: the loft is stair-access only. Due to construction, 1st Street is closed to vehicles, but sidewalk access and nearby public parking remain available.
