Welcome! This Aggieland home is affectionately called “The Garden House,” and we are delighted to share it with you! This warm & welcoming space is freshly renovated and ready to host guests traveling to College Station/Bryan! It is conveniently located 1.5 miles from TAMU - Kyle Field and a close drive to other popular spots in town, including grocery stores and restaurants. Pets are allowed. However, please ensure they are accounted for in your booking and all pet rules are strictly abided by.

Rudder's Retreat: Walk to A&M, Comfy King Bed

Rudder's Retreat is a boutique Air BnB, first floor, 1 bedroom apartment just steps away from Northgate/Campus...so close you can see Rudder Tower from the sidewalk out front. The living room boasts comfortable bunk beds for guests 3 and 4 & with the pull-out sofa, there is room for more. With a King bed in the bedroom and a full-sized eat-in kitchen, this place has everything you need for a fun, comfortable, convenient stay in Aggieland. Reserved parking. Get away from the hustle and bustle of the city and relax on the old family farm. The little pampered mobile home is not fancy but it's oh so peaceful and relaxing to sit by the pond or just relax on the big deck and view the hundred year old farmstead. Drive past the host's house about 1500' down a maintained gravel road and you're there! You'll have your own campfire site complete with firewood and stumps to sit on or enjoy the covered pier over the pond...it has a fan to keep it breezy!

Bluebonnet Station - 2 Beds & 2 Baths close to A&M

This two bedroom, 2 bath townhouse is located in a quiet neighborhood 5 minutes away from Texas A&M. The stylish space includes 2 completely renovated bathrooms, fast wifi, a fully appointed kitchen, and a private outdoor space with a pergola and charcoal grill. The two private bedrooms feature brand new, comfortable mattresses and bedding, and one bedroom includes a desk for remote work. Garden Suite

The Garden Suite is centrally located in the BCS metroplex close to Texas A&M Campus and near lots of restaurants / bars / grocery stores / highway 6. The suite is part of the detached garage that has a private entrance through the backyard. Guests are asked to park on the street. We are pet friendly but charge an additonal $10 per pet per day if guests bring a pet. The extra charges will be added once your reservation has been confirmed and informed us that you are bringing a pet.

This is a 5 bedroom 2,628sqft house with plenty of room for friends and family! This modern home is perfect for anyone visiting Bryan College Station. It’s only 12 minutes from the school and in a safe, new construction neighborhood. Unfortunately the pool table was recently broken and replaced with a foosball table.
