Coal’s View is a luxury detached holiday cottage situated in Eyton, a quiet country hamlet within Herefordshire. The cottage offers open plan living with an abundance of high-end features across two floors, with a large private garden and hot tub. The Garden House is a peaceful stone cottage set in the historic gardens of High Glanau Manor, the home of H. Avray Tipping (1855-1933) the Architectural Editor of Country Life Magazine from 1907. High Glanau Manor is an important Arts & Crafts house set in 12 acres of gardens designed in 1922. The gardens retain many original features including formal terraces, octagonal pool, glasshouse, pergola and 100 ft long double herbaceous borders. There are spectacular views to the Brecon Beacons

My Husband and I moved to Herefordshire in late 2019 and we love it here. The property is surrounded by farming countryside and yet is just a few minutes in to Leominster & with easy access to beautiful towns all around. A fully self-contained 2 bedroom cottage which is attached to the main house. A fantastic place from which to explore. We are just off the old Hereford Road with plenty of parking. Cows and sheep roam the fields around us, and there are cowsheds behind us for Winter use.
