Light a fire and get lazy, chill out in the hottub, star-gaze at the incredible night skies, or just take in the majestic Pen y Fan as you plan (or recover from) your ascent.

Nestled in the Welsh countryside, just into the Cambrian Mountains, it enjoys the splendour of nature and peaceful calm of times past. The accommodation is full of character and original charm, while maintaining the modern comforts of home. With its own garden, this former shepherd's cottage is surrounded by rugged hills and an unspoilt rural landscape at the very end of a single-track road.

Brook View is a spacious, two bedroom, purpose built holiday home just off the A470 in Builth Wells. The bungalow is minutes away from the town centre on foot with easy access to the Royal Welsh Showground. With tasteful decoration and plentiful amenities the property really does feel like home from home. It's the ideal base for enjoying nearby beauty spots (being roughly half way between the Brecon Beacons National Park & the Elan Valley). A maximum of 2 small dogs would be very welcome.

Dolfan Barn Studio is so named because an artist once worked here, prior to that it was a cow byre. Just under a mile out of the village of Beulah the Studio is a perfect place to unwind. You will find plenty of wildlife to watch from the patio including Pheasants Squirrels and Red Kites. The village has a service station, shop and "The Trout Cafe" serving good home cooked food. The bedroom is in a converted barn with its own access. Ideally located for walkers and easy access to the Royal Show Ground. Please note that the access to the house is via a fairly steep and narrow lane (last section is a track with loose gravel), not suitable for HGVs. We now provide super fast internet!!

Irfon Cottage, Penrheol Farm

Irfon cottage sleeps two guests with its cosy open plan layout. The bedroom has a super king bed which can also be arranged as twin beds by request. The bathroom has a shower. The fitted kitchen is well equipped with the living area comfortably furnished. You are welcome to bring up to one dog please include this on booking, we ask that pets are not allowed in the bedroom and if they do go on the sofa, blankets are provided. There is an EV charger.
