The little house

Relax and enjoy this cozy little house located centrally in Richland Wa. at the foothills of Badger and Candy mountain. We are near shopping, restaurants, wineries and easy access to the Highway. We have some of the best wineries in the country. Lots of fun hiking trails and outdoor water recreation. The little house has a queen murphy bed, and another queen bed in the loft. It’s designed for 1-4 guests. Kitchenette includes fridge, microwave, toaster, Keurig, blender and electric skillet.

The main home is also an Airbnb with only yard shared. It is a studio apartment with a private entrance to the property. The living and sleeping area, as well as the kitchen are all connected. Great walk in shower as well as full size deck for your relaxation and watching the beautiful sunsets we have here in the Tri-Cities.

NOTE: this is a basement walk-out apartment underneath our family’s living space. While we have gone to extensive lengths to eliminate sound transfer, you may still hear occasional footsteps above (especially 7-9 am and 5-7 pm).

The Grain Bin Inn

Enjoy the tranquility! The Grain Bin Inn is located 15 miles north of Pasco, WA on an organic farm, featuring over 300 different crop varieties, from asparagus to zinnias! The Little House is a small studio, tucked away in the heart of old Pasco, just a few steps away from our historic home. The bathroom has a bathtub, toilet and sink (no shower). The kitchenette offers a microwave, coffee maker, small fridge and sink. The bed is full-sized. Enjoy the flavors of delicious taco trucks and Mexican bakeries. We are a short drive from miles of walking trails along the Columbia River and are easily accessible from the freeways.
