Our Barndominium is located on a 5 acre lot, at the end of a quiet private drive on a cul-de-sac. Our Barndominium is a newly constructed 48' X 40' steel shed with a two story living quarters. The living quarters include a full kitchen, laundry room, master bedroom with private deck, bathroom with heated floor, living room area that currently has a bed situated in it, a screened in cedar porch and a lofted gaming deck. We are located one mile away from snowmobile trail and endless state land.

A great escape less than two hours from Minneapolis, St.Paul, and Duluth. Our four season cabin is located on one of the cleanest, & clearest full recreation lakes in the area. North Sand Lake is 900 acres with a max depth of 73 feet! Fish include Bass, Northern Pike & Walleye. Voyager Village is nearby offering brunch on weekends, golf and a full size indoor pool for the kiddos on rainy days. The Sand Bar is within walking distance for yummy bites and good drinks!

The Water's Edge Villa

This 3-bedroom, 3-bath lake rental is the perfect spot for a memory-filled retreat. This home has all the ideal lakeside amenities: an outdoor kitchen with a gas grill, a boat dock with direct Minerva Lake chain access, kayaks, and plenty of outdoor seating areas! When you’re not on the water, play the 9-hole disc golf on the 8-acres of private land across the road, head out to take on the ATV and snowmobile trails, or test your luck at nearby casinos.
