It has a completely fenced-in yard with a large covered patio. One dog is welcome. There is no pet fee.

Pet fee $10 a night (for one or two pets, max) to be paid upon departure in cash left in an envelope for housekeeper. Honor system. No pet over 50 pounds. The Atlantic Ocean is just a short walk away with a crosswalk for safety. The house has a new deck and railing for sunbathing, outdoor shower, full kitchen, etc. Separate downstairs space efficiency space sleeps 3 and only for upstairs guests for an additional charge. Only shared space is the laundry room.
