Great accomodation for anyone who wants to visit Lisbon! The apartment, renovated in 2020, is located in Cacilhas, a lively town on the other side of the river Tagus, known best for its seafood restaurants. Lisbon can be reached by boat (10 minutes, from 1.40 €), running from early morning until 1:20 at night. The boat reaches Cais do Sodré, Lisbon's most famous nightlife spot (the pink street). Cais do Sodré is also a metro station (green line) from where you can start your tours in the city.

Canto da Rocha Guesthouse

This house is located within a walking distance (15min) from the ferry to Lisbon and about 9 min driving to the beautiful beaches of Costa da Caparica. Almost at door step, you have Cais do Ginjal, where you can lay your picninc towel over looking Tejo River and enjoy what it’s probably the best sunset that you will ever see. You also have the restaurants located by the river: Ponto Final and Atira-te ao Rio!, both of them offer typical Portuguese food with loads of wine and beer. Enjoy!

It is a 5-minute walk from the Cacilheiro (ferry boat) which takes 10 minutes to Lisbon (Cais do Sodré). On the South Bank you can visit Cristo Rei, Almada Castle, the beaches of Costa da Caparica and Sesimbra. Buses and subway are available. Rent-a-car 5 min walk from the apartment. Pharmacy and ATM at 50m.
