Center and just a 15 minute walk to French Quarter High-speed wifi and mounted smart TV! I am Superhost with over 900 reviews! Great communication and response time and knowledgeable about New Orleans. I live on the property in another unit along with my two outdoor cats. It's a very quiet block off the CBD!

Courtyard Apartment by Convention Center

Circa 1834 brick row house with a ground floor suite with newly renovated full bathroom, small kitchen. It has a private street entrance and courtyard access. We are two blocks from the Convention Center. Please note we are not on a quiet corner in the Crescent city, during working weekdays it’s busy. Nights and weekends however are restful and relaxing. If any city noise is an issue for you though we suggest staying somewhere else.

Jazz Quarters of New Orleans

Enjoy the Jazz Quarters stylish experience at this centrally-located place in Downtown New Orleans. Walking distance to the French Quarters, a street car ride to City Park, biking through the Lafitte Greenway, or in town for football and concerts, The Jazz Quarters is in the middle of it all. Our three bedroom home is a fantastic place to experience New Orleans. We are located in the heart of the Lower Garden District at the edge of Central City, 2 blocks from St. Charles, Parades, Restaurants, Bars, and shops. Second lines pass right by the house on most Sundays. There is a beautiful Live Oak in the front of our Victorian and our neighborhood is quiet.
