Self-contained private annex with lounge/small food prep area and separate bedroom wirh en suite/electric shower and walk-in cupboard. Lounge has ethernet/ WiFi and 43” 4K Smart TV with Netflix. Coffee machine/milk frother, fridge, microwave, toaster, portable hob and kettle. Tea/coffee, porridge and cereal provided. Snacks left on arrival - pastry/ biscuits, fruit and dairy items. Private entrance/keylock garden/patio. On longer stays washing/drying of small amounts of clothing.

Wee Coo Byre

Converted former byre in bucolic surroundings. Located just outside the village of Strachur, it is an ideal stop for anyone walking the Cowal Way and is close to the unexplored mountains of Cowal and the beautiful Loch Eck and Loch Fyne. The little cottage shares a garden with the main house (where I live most of the time) and is set amongst mature trees, rippling burns and abundant wildlife including chirruping birds, red squirrels and pine martens. A lovely place to unwind and relax.

A perfect retreat and is a wonderful base for exploring all the area has to offer. Most of our visitors wish they had stayed for longer. The Meadows is centrally located in Stirling, there is a nearby bus stop or private parking if required. The town centre, the bus station, the train station, Stirling University and the Wallace Monument are all within a 20 minute walking distance. The Meadows is a quiet, friendly street.
