Available for brief stays or ( occasionally ) by the month . This one bedroom apartment is located in the heart of Oaxaca's Historical Center. It is close to two of the loveliest parks in the city and a few steps from the cobble stone pedestrian walkway (always lively) and lined with museums, galleries and shops. The walkway leads straight to the Zocalo. We are directly behind the iconic Santo Domingo church and the Botanical Garden . There are views into the garden and the domes of the church can be seen from our patios and terrace.The open floor plan apartment is modern / colonial in style with ample space for moving around. The combined living and dining area has a private fountain patio . The bedroom, with its large walk-in closet, also overlooks the fountain. The bathroom is done in relaxing blue Talavera tiles . The entrance patio provides the perfect place for a cool drink or a morning coffee al fresco. All utilities are included in the rent.. Amenities : fully equipped kitchen , wireless Internet. Sky flat screen T . V . , linens provided , weekly housekeeping and the cutest little black and white dog to greet you. Casa antigua del siglo XVIII en el centro histórico de Oaxaca. La casona está a 2 cuadras de Santo Domingo y del andador turístico. Podrás disfrutar de como se vivía antiguamente, cuenta con un patio central donde podrás relajarte y tener la tranquilidad que tenían anteriormente las casas Oaxaqueñas. La decoración de la casa es de estilo mexicano moderno está bastante iluminada sus tres habitaciones tienen aire acondicionado esta ubicada en uno de los barrios más representativos y bellos de la ciudad dentro del centro histórico, el barrio de Xochimilco, la zona es muy tranquila a su alrededor encontraras museos , iglesias , tiendas y restaurantes de los más visitados , también está el Mercado tradicional Sanchez Pascuas y “ La cosecha” mercado orgánico a tan solo una cuadra de la casa.

Departamento con 2 recámaras, camas King Size, sábanas, baño con agua caliente, abra el agua caliente con la llave izquierdo y regule con agua fría con la llave derecha, el calentador es de depósito, estamos a favor del medio ambiente, por lo que es preferible acordar el horario de agua caliente, comedor y sala con smart tv, nexflix, biblioteca, cocina, terraza, de 1 a 2 visitantes se abre una recámara, de 3 a 4 visitantes se abre la segunda recámara.
