Easy on off of NLEX Balagtas exit, 25 minutes to Philippine Arena, 10mins to DPWH, walking dist. to S&R, 10mins to Robinson's Mall by car. 2 cars free parking, keypad entry. Samat. If you are looking for fresh sea foods Orani Market is the best place to go.
