The magical view of the world below with the coast on the horizon which can be enjoyed from every room of the house and from the entire olive orchard with its walking paths and plunge pool with waterfall. Being a pedestrian village, Metato is quiet and peaceful. Yet, the beach and many great places to visit are a short drive away- Pisa, Florence, Lucca, the marble quarries of Cararra, Pietrasanta, Viareggio.... Guests have exclusive access to the pool and property. Metato is a friendly litttle village in the hills overlooking the Mediterranean Sea. There is a quaint family-run restaurant in the village that serves local homemade dishes at a very reasonable price. Our pedestrian village tends to attract kind people in search of peace and quiet and a proximity with nature. Time seems to go by more slowly here. It is a perfect base for families who want to explore Tuscany and the beaches of the Versilia coast. The home is in a beautiful, quiet location on a hill surrounded by olive orchards and vineyards just a 10-minute walk from the parking lot. Explore the medieval village of Metato where fireflies and breathtaking views await. Take an invigorating hike or head to the beaches a short drive away. There is a parking lot at the base of the village where you can park the car. The village itself is pedestrian but I am happy to greet guests at the parking lot on their arrival to transport their luggage, groceries and whoever wants to ride to the house with my little Italian tractor! The nearest airport is Pisa (45-minutes by car). All the major car rental places can be found there. The nearest train station is Viareggio.

La villetta si trova in una tranquilla zona residenziale nel cuore della Versilia, ideale per relax e comodità. Si sviluppa su due ampi piani e dispone di un giardino perfetto per rilassarsi o cenare all’aperto. Mare, locali, supermercati e servizi sono raggiungibili in bici in pochi minuti. Io e la mia famiglia abitiamo in un appartamento al piano seminterrato, indipendente per accesso e giardino, garantendo privacy. L'appartamento Fra Angelico è uno spazio romantico formato da un'ampia cucina con grande camino e due comode poltrone e da due camere e due bagni con doccia. E' situato in un antico borgo rustico privato risalente al XII° secolo. La piscina è a disposizione degli ospiti in condivisione così come i giardini con ombrelloni, sedie sdraio e lettini prendi sole. Barbecue disponibile. Nel periodo dal 30.06.2020 fino al 31.08.2020 l'appartamento sara' disponibile da sabato a sabato

Hill Palace Villa è una villa vista mare con grande piscina immersa nel verde al top della zona residenziale collinare, la più bella della provincia di Lucca. E' un edificio solido e funzionale situato in un posto unico e stupendo che assicura un bellissimo panorama su tutti i lati della casa. La villa ha una piscina nuovissima e è pronta ad accogliere famiglie che vogliono trascorrere vacanze di relax in semplicità, godendosi un luogo meraviglioso, con vista mozzafiato.

There is a place a few steps away from the famous VERSILIA (Tuscany) called BORGOMETATO. Here various structures have been designed by the well-known Architect Stefano Viviani, who has realized In each of them, a very refined style respectful to the place. Il Borgo is situated in the Tuscany hills, very close to the seaside. Surrounded by olive trees and lots of green spaces, there are also some donkeys for the joy of children. LA MAGIONE is part of this place.

La villa si trova sulla collina di Montemagno, un piccolo paese vicino alla città di Camaiore, al mare della Versilia e città storiche come Lucca, Pisa e Firenze. E' un casale dell’800 recentemente ristrutturato rispettando le caratteristiche storiche con travi in legno e pavimenti in cotto. La villa è immersa in oliveti e vigneti e dispone di una piscina (12x6) con acqua salata, un luogo tranquillo dove trascorrere una vacanza in tranquillità.

Piccolo bilocale situato in una casa di corte, composto in entrata da una camera con letto matrimoniale e poltrona-letto, piccolissimo angolo cottura e bagno con doccia. Entrata indipendente. L'unico locale in comune (con noi che abitiamo sopra) è la lavanderia che è in una stanza indipendente .Il parcheggio ,gratuito , è sulla strada (a 20 metri dalla porta di casa) Non c'è giardino ma ci si può sedere fuori magari per bersi un drink .

La casa si trova in alta collina a circa 600mt slm ed è inserita all'interno di un piccolo borgo. Dista dal parcheggio del paese di Metato 1,5km, quest'ultimo tratto è un percorso stretto e ripido accessibile con piccole auto 4WD, il proprietario può mettere a vostra disposizione una fiat panda, da utilizzare esclusivamente dal parcheggio alla casa.

Magico!!! Collina e mare a Napiaia

Una sensazione di incanto avvolge questo luogo che si affaccia sulla vallata di Camaiore e sulla costa della Versilia. Da qui si possono raggiungere facilmente città d'arte come Lucca, Pisa, Firenze , Siena ed il parco delle 5 Terre. Benvenuti!!
