“The Guest Cottage” is above the garage & next to the main house on a 3 acre lot. Owners’ family lives next door. There’s a second Airbnb unit available to rent if you need room for more guests. A modern place, recently remodeled with great views of the city from the rooftop deck, where we recently added hot tub. The pleasant neighborhood and the house sits at the end of a cul-de-sac a few blocks to the river. Driving to PDX airport is fast and easy, the traffic won't make a huge difference. Going to Portland downtown in non-rush hours is also easy. The sleeping areas are on each of three floors, with the full bathroom on each floor too. Check the noise/safety information below.
