Located in central Hamilton we are close to the central city, Claudelands GloBox Event Centre, FMG Rugby Park, local shops, a large park and the bus stops at our gate.

Peaceful and quiet with fantastic rural views, no street lights here just stars! Closest Bed & Breakfast to Hobbiton! and less than an hours drive to Tauranga, Rotorua or Hamilton. About 1 1/4 hours to Waitomo Caves, only 35 minutes to Mystery Creek Events Centre (Feildays site) and Hamilton Airport. Bedroom with Queen bed, fully insulated and double-glazed. The bathroom is a semi-ensuite located in our laundry but solely for the use of the guest. There is a door directly from the room.

Kahuimanu BnB - an idyllic rural retreat

Stay in a purpose-built BnB wing attached to our new house built to an eHaus spec, assuring year round comfort. Situated in an acre of landscaped gardens on the edge of a working farm you can chill out after a hard day on the road or trails by soaking in the spa, taking in the view to Mt Te Aroha. We can accommodate up to 4 (either 2 couples or a couple and 2 singles) using the fold-down bed in the living room. Breakfast is provided, with additional meals/transport/services on request.

A Brand new house on 5000sqr/mtr property, this is a 4 bedroom 2 bathroom home, we offer2 guest bedrooms and guest bathroom for the Airbnb customers. my husband and I and ( 1cat 1 dog ) are living here,we live in master bedroom with ensuite. You have your own bathroom "not shared",we share living area,corridor. outdoor Spa pool(in the back yard have to walk through the living room).you also have your own entry to keep your privacy.

Lala Salama Bed & Breakfast is located an easy 10min walk from the CBD with an abundance of cafes and restaurants nearby. Free WIFI along with continental breakfast is included. Note, following completion of the reno's, the BnB is totally separate to the owners living spaces, there are no shared spaces as mentioned in past reviews.

The Blue Gables Villa has been fully restored to provide modern facilities. A comfortable Bedroom with Queen size bed and en-suite bathroom, television, free Internet, tea and coffee making facilities. The private patio has garden and harbor views. A continental breakfast is offered. We are only 100 meters from the Cox's bay sandy beach for swimming , kayaking or just relaxing. The Raglan village township and wharf is within walking distance.
