Welcome to our newly constructed one-bedroom apartment in Burlington, located off of Shelburne Road in the hill section. We are a short drive/walk from Church Street, the waterfront, UVM Campus, and Champlain College. We have multiple grocery stores within a half mile radius and I-89 is easily accessible. Our apartment has ample privacy and your own quiet outdoor space, enclosed by cedars. The space includes cathedral ceilings and is a great setting to enjoy a relaxing vacation or business trip.

Tucked away on Lake Lamoille in Morristown, this beautiful brand new apartment is just minutes from town and yet offers tranquility and spectacular views. The lake is home to eagles, herons, geese, ospreys and fish! You will see kayakers out there fishing! Stowe Mt and Smuggler’s Notch are both nearby. Breweries, art galleries, restaurants are close by. You can walk or bike to the 93 mile Lamoille Valley Rail Trail from our home. Our shed is available for storing your bikes, kayaks or skis.

Just a 2-minute drive to hiking trails and mountain biking; 20 minutes to skiing at Smugglers Notch; 35 minutes to Burlington and the shore of Lake Champlain.

The setting is gorgeous, the apartment is immaculate and charming. 15 minutes from Sugarbush and Mad River Glen Ski Resorts, endless hiking trails, Mt. biking, kayaking, golfing, swimming, fishing and walking distance to Lawson's Finest Liquids Brewing Company. The condo is part of Smugglers Notch Resort. The condo is in an excellent location - a three minute walk to the Village Center and the Village Ski Lift. Hiking and outdoor adventure a short walk away. The unit is an updated 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo with full kitchen, dining and living room areas. Please note that the condo does not have air conditioning. Due to the condo being in the mountains, it is very comfortable with average temperatures in the low 60s each night

The apartment is a 15-20 minute drive to Jay Peak Resort and a 3 minute drive to a grocery store and restaurants. It is walking distance from the Hutchins covered bridge and there is private access to the river. Excellent walking for your dog(s)!
