The apartment is situated on the fourth floor (access by lift) of a prestigious building on one of the most renowned streets of Genoa's city centre. This stylish accommodation consists of a spacious open plan lounge, dining and kitchen area, a matrimonial bedroom with standard size double bed, and bathroom complete with both bath tub and a chromotherapy equipped shower. There is a small balcony which faces via XXV Aprile. The apartment is extremely bright and has been refurbished to excellent standards. Alloggio collocato in posizione collinare ma nello stesso tempo facilmente centrale data la disposizione delle strade limitrofe. Splendida vista mare del golfo.
