For your convenience there is a circle drive easily accessible for those pulling trailers. We have lots of room to unload ATVS and trailer/ truck parking. We are located 42 miles to The University of Tennessee, and many other points of interest in Knoxville.

The Ambleside Cottage offers full privacy for a single or a couple looking for a serene getaway surrounded by the beauty of the Appalachian mountains. This magical cabin is conveniently located for travelers, yet Ambleside feel like a remote retreat nestled in the woods above Elk Fork Creek. The Cottage is an adorable tiny house, offering 500 square feet of living space with a kitchenette, a sitting area, and a bathroom with a shower. The queen-size bed is upstairs in the sleeping loft.

Gorgeous mountain views with lake access less than one mile away. From a day filled with family fun on the lake to riding ATVs in the mountains, our guests have no problem staying entertained. In the evening enjoy the Firepit or unwind while overlooking a gorgeous mountain sunset or get out and catch fireflies while the horses roam in the front field.

2 Bedroom/1 Bathroom house. Perfect for a few people or two couples looking to ride. Centrally located between Royal Blue (2 min) and Tackett Creek (13 min). No trailering is required to get to either areas from the house. There is also plenty of parking for larger trailers. We are next to a restaurant that serves breakfast and lunch. This is 1 of 4 homes that are next to each other so we can accommodate all group sizes. Please let us know if you need help booking larger groups.
