The only house in 500' of lakefront. Quiet & beautiful & private. [See pics & feedback] A panoply of personal watercraft.  10 min to village of Naples.      House is upgraded mid-century cottage over a bridge at the end of the road – secluded, at the bottom of a cliff.   Outdoor hot tub, living room fireplace.   Big beautiful lake - right there - you'll feel it in your heart. The wifi is decent, but we recommend that you don't use, because it's best to sit lakeside and watch the stars!

This charming 800 sq foot home features a gas fire place to keep you cozy in the winter and an upper deck with lake view for relaxing in the warmer months. Large yard, partially fenced in, with play house for children. The storage shed houses outdoor games and wagon for the short trip (.3 miles) to the beach. 4 miles from CMAC.

Just up the path from the private deeded swimming beaches, our newly remodeled cottage (after last year‘s devastating destruction by a tree) has been carefully decorated to ensure comfort to make you feel at home. This 2 bedroom 1.5 bath cottage has many spaces to enjoy including the enclosed porch & back deck. We invite you to stay up to 14 days June - August; or longer outside of our summer season. The huge 2nd story deck adorns the entire front of the house. Best views on the lake to enjoy your morning coffee or afternoon glass of wine while soaking in this little slice of heaven. In winter it is just 15 min from Bristol Mountain. Home to the Wine and Culinary Center featuring food and wines from every winery in New York State. 4 night minimum in the summer and 2 night minimum in the off season.
