It has two bedrooms , two bathrooms, a modern open space kitchen & living room, a bright mezzanine, a delightfull balcony and an Amazing Garden facing Porto´s city Hall, ideal to relax, read a good book and/or enjoy a glass wine. Guests have access to the entire apartment which is fully equipped. Air Conditioning on social area and complimentary wi-fi is available throughout the Apartment. The apartment is located in the heart of downtown, close to city hall, and just in front of Porto Main Metro Station Trindade. All main attractions are within walking distance. Travelling to and from the airport is straight and fast by metro. If you travel by car there is easy parking on the street and a parkin Lot available just in front of the apartment (with affordable prices).

Kitchen equipped with: Microwave, Refrigerator, Dishwasher, Induction hob, Toaster, Kettle and Nexpresso. Full bathroom including bidet and shower, hairdryer and amenities (shower gel, shampoo and body cream), iron and ironing board.

The Alves da Veiga Rooftop is located in downtown Porto, just 2min away from Mercado do Bolhão. It’s a 200sqm loft with 2 bedrooms (one upstairs and one downstairs), 2 bathrooms (both downstairs), a spacious terrace and 2 balconies. It's full of light and space for up to 4 people. You can park your car in our private parking space and take the elevator to the rooftop. The spacious terrace is ideal to relax after a long day and enjoy a bottle of wine while overlooking the Downtown skyline!

The house is located 19km from Porto and 28km from the airport. It emerges on a hill in front of one of the most beautiful bends on the Douro river. You can enjoy not only the house, but also the terrace overlooking the river, the lush gardens around it, the pool area and also 2 barbecue areas. With 3 bedrooms, it can accommodate up to 6 people. If you want to explore the property, there are also areas where we grow crops or fruit trees, do not hesitate to help yourself to some fresh fruits!
