Si tratta di un antico e caratteristico Stazzo ben restaurato e reso abitabile, funzionale e munito di ogni servizio ( lavatrice, phon, doccia esterna, arredi per esterno, TVMolto belli e godibili i due spazi esterni di pertinenza alla casa. La pergola esterna con glicine e tavolo per la colazione, baciati dal primo sole mattutino, mentre sul lato opposto, una sorta di patio naturale con la pavimentazione in pietra e alcuni ulivi, ombreggiano l'ampio spazio utilizzabile per il pranzo e la cena.
