We're family owned and managed, and it's our priority to help you have the most relaxing and enjoyable vacation possible!

Welcome to Woody's Place. Restored in the spring of 2026, this home is effectively, a brand new, 106 year old house right in the center of the Cape Charles Historic District. Just steps to Central Park and a few blocks to the beach and shopping; all of town is walkable from this central location. The home features all new fixtures and systems and includes off-street parking on a corner lot (more space and privacy), with a large porch, deck tv, and outdoor shower for after beach relaxation.

We provide fresh linens and towels for your stay. In the shed, you will find lots of items for the beach, a wagon, and bikes which we are happy to share. Bay Breeze is just a short walk to the beach, various restaurants, boutiques, and marina. If our home is not available, try our new Airbnb home ...Harbor View!

Eden Lake House Cape Charles

Eden House is a perfect fairytale hideaway. Surrounded by family farms and a very short drive to the Chesapeake bay beaches and Cape Charles, this is the ultimate Eastern Shore getaway. You are welcome to fish, kayak or SUP from the dock on Lake Allure. Or take a walk on our nature trail and see Bald Eagles, turtles, deer and if you’re lucky - otters! Our pet friendly unit can host up to 7 guests with 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths and 1 outdoor shower. Bedroom #1 includes 1 Queen bed, TV and work desk. Bedroom #2: 1 Queen bed. Bedroom #3: Bunk Bed (1 double / 1 twin). Fenced in backyard with patio.
