Waterfront Cabin on Long Pond

Dick's Cabin on Long Pond is so close to the water that you can hear waves lap on the shore as you drift to sleep. Lay in bed and watch the sunrise or enjoy lake views while sipping coffee on the screened porch. A kitchenette is just off the bedroom. The living room has a working fireplace and eating area. The waterfront is just outside the cabin with fantastic swimming, small dock and the use of a canoe. Perfect for nature lovers, fishermen and those wanting a retreat from modern life.

Note: Previously occupied by a year-round renter; now available again for summer stays. (Friday-Friday) Enjoy sunset views on Bakers Pond with access for kayaking around the shoreline. This three-story pine cabin offers an upstairs primary bedroom with a queen bed, sitting area, and full bath. An open main-level kitchen and living area with a 3/4 bath, and a walkout lower level with a second bedroom featuring two twin beds. A sliding door opens to a patio with access to the pond.

Built in the 1890's as an artist's colony, Castleway is one of 8 Sladeville cottages built by Mr. Slade, which are steps from private riverfront on the Pamet River. This cottage is one of two nearly identical cottages, located in a shady haven, directly across from a quiet Bay Beach. Both have just recently been updated. Friendship Cottages are in a very desirable area for recreation, and is an especially safe area for children and pets. The convenience of the beach to the cottages enables families flexibility with their schedules. One has immediate access to their own lodging and facilities.
