Take a short stroll to the quay to enjoy the ambience of the Anchorstone Café or Ferry Boat Inn, go crabbing on the pontoon, or hop on a boat to explore the Dart Valley.

Ashwell Cottage is located in the grounds of our home, Ashwell House at the end of a country lane in the heart of the peaceful and tranquil Devon countryside. The Cottage was completely renovated in 2019. It has its own cottage garden, which in turn is set in the substantial grounds of Ashwell House. French doors open out onto a patio area with an outdoor dining space. The loudest noise you are likely to hear is the occasional passing tractor, and our own normally well behaved dog.
