Gaze over stunning 180-degree views of islands on Lago Maggiore from the expansive, floor-to-ceiling windows of this lovely, 230-year-old rustic stone villa. Antique furnishings perfectly complement the historic architecture. The house is on 3 floors so a fair bit of walking up and down stairs is required. The main bedroom is on the upper floor and the 2nd bedroom (two single beds) and bathroom on the lowest floor. Ideal for couples and families but not for the elderly or groups of 4 adults.

The villa belongs to our family since 1637, completely refurbished whilst maintaining it's antique medieval charm, we hope you experience an unforgettable holiday in one of the most beautiful and romantic Italian lake locations. Enjoy swimming the clean waters, using our SUP, kayak & water sports equipment. A 40HP boat is available for rent.

You arrive by boat. No road, no car, no traffic — just a red cottage on the water in a village that time forgot, and the boat is yours for the whole stay (no licence needed). Two bedrooms, a fireplace, a covered terrace over the lake, and a garden of old trees with a wood-fired pizza oven and BBQ. Kayak and paddleboard included. La Domus9 è un appartamento al piano terra della Domus Cusiana, un complesso residenziale con un bel giardino soleggiato, piscina e vista sul lago ed il Sacro Monte di Orta. E' l'unico appartamento direttamente affacciato sulla piscina comune, e' stato ricavato in un antica cantina, per questo e' un po' buio ma in estate risulta il piu' fresco del complesso!!! E' dotato di un ampio portico privato dove poter rilassarsi e godere di pranzi e cene all'aperto.
