Welcome to our sweet little retreat! Our historic home used to be a school, then a church, and now it's a special little retreat! We created a beautiful space that's great for wedding weekends, family reunions, cedar point trips, and any kind of friends and family get together. We are very close to Oberlin College & Valley of the Eagle Country club making it the perfect home for family gatherings coming in to celebrate! The Farmer's cottage is a cozy one bedroom mid-century farm cottage on 2 acres of land nestled among farm fields and woodlands . It features a queen-sized bed, bath and full custom kitchen along with a smart TV and Wi-Fi. . A park-like yard with a stone fireplace and solar installation awaits. This country property features self contained utilities including a water well, sanitation and electricity. Enjoy fresh eggs from our chickens and baked goods from our farm kitchens.

We just purchased this amazing property in March 2024. It is conveniently located 35 minutes from both Cedar Point and Cleveland. Beautiful Lakeview Beach is 12 minutes away. You will be staying in the adorable, second floor studio apartment with a private porch and entrance. The property features 1.4 acres of privacy, a screened in gazebo, a sauna, firepit and tons of parking. We will continue to update the space and the property. We look forward to hosting you!
