Sportsman's Paradise is just minutes away from the Currituck Sound which is famous for it's duck hunting and fishing. It overlooks Tull's Bay and Tull's Creek and is surrounded by the Northwest River Marsh Game Lands. The kitchen and living room have 9 windows so you can look out three sides of the house at the water. The walls are old rough cut boards and the ceilings are plywood. The living room and bedrooms are carpeted and the bathrooms and kitchen are laminate wood floor.

Water Winds has Beautiful views of Albemarle Sound. Enjoy birding with Bald head eagles and Osprey, often seen in the cypress trees outside the great room. Paddling in the kayaks and exploring the sound are great ways to enjoy the natural beauty of the area. Bicycles and yoga mats are all available to relax and enjoy some down time here. Cozy beach cottage in the Carova 4x4 area. Located near mm22 with a short walk/drive to the beach. You'll enjoy the widest part of the beach for tailgating, wild horse sightings and beautiful scenery. Travel to this remote property requires 9 miles of driving on the beach, 4WD vehicles are a must! The pool is open mid-April through mid-October. The pool can be heated for a $300 weekly fee in April/May and Sept/Oct.
