The ground floor has an open plan living area with kitchen, dining area and sitting area. Outside there is off road parking for two cars and a gravelled patio with garden furniture.

The accommodation is finished to a very high standard, is suitable for families and is also designed with the disabled in mind with wide doorways, a wet room and a ramped front entrance.
