Welcome to High Tide Haven, a 1000 sf, 2 bedroom, 2nd floor condo, minutes from historic downtown New Bern, NC. The condo is located just over the Neuse River Bridge, on the top floor of an historic (circa 1914) building. The structure was recently restored and offers a unique experience, with enough space to accommodate a family of four, and a location that's just two blocks away from the river. There's also a nice balcony to enjoy the river view and the amazing sunsets over downtown New Bern.

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. The one bedroom efficiency apartment, offers, fabulous views of the Neuse river and new Bern. It is located next to a park and marina. Guest will have access to a workout room with an elliptical, weights and yoga mat. Feel free to use the provided fishing poles, kayak, paddleboard, or bikes or you can bring your own if you want. The host, sponsored, happy hour (when available) is always a hit with bourbon, wine, or any other available drink.

Tucked high up in the trees, this renovated cutie is the west side of a duplex features 2 stories 2 beds and 1.5 baths, accommodating up to 4 people. Enjoy your coffee or lounge in a hammock on one of four decks. Pack a lunch and kayak to an island in the sound. Water access is 300 feet from the front door. Look for seashells at the beach, only .2 miles away, or walk along the 11-mile bike path that runs through the heart of Emerald Isle. Public boat ramp is only 1.1 miles from the house.

Fishing paradise and breathtaking sunrise and moonlight from your private hottub on the back deck. Tandem kayak and small jon boat included. You can fish, kayak, or wade from the back yard! We've caught drum, flounder, shrimp, etc. Master has a king nectar bed and an amazing view of the water from the picture windows. 3 miles to beach, 13 miles to Aquarium, & 13 miles to Camp Lejeune. The road is close but once you exit your vehicle, you feel like you are in your own lil paradise.

Oriental Water Front Cottage on Broad Creek

Come enjoy our relaxing water front cottage on Broad Creek! We have a new private dock where you can tie up your boat and a ramp right beside property. We have two kayaks that you may use during your stay. This is a great location only 5 miles to Oriental and just 30 miles to visit New Bern. We have a 50 inch Roku TV in living room. Fiber Internet is available during your stay. Two bedrooms each have queen beds and a pull out couch in the living room. Our cottage sleeps 6.

This Waterfront Home is located in the gated resort community of Fairfield Harbour. Bring your boat or fish from the backyard. Swim, Play Tennis & work out at the Community Rec Center. Play a round of golf. Take a walk along the greenway. Watch the family play cornhole in the backyard. Play a board game or enjoy our 80's Style Arcade Games. We have 3 bdrms (1 K/1 Q/2 T), 2 full baths, Living Area, Dining area, Porch, and Outdoor Shower! No pets. This is not beachfront -it is waterfront w/step access into the water with a Private Dock! Quiet!

Captains Quarters

Relax and unwind with your family in the small quaint town of Peletier. Just a few minutes away from Emerald Isle. Captains Quarters is tucked away at the end of a cul de sac in a rather quiet neighborhood. The home is just minutes away from Emerald Isle, Historic Swansboro, and Carteret County Speedway. Captains Quarters has a community dock and boat launch (1/4 mile away). Smaller boats and/or boats with minimal draft will have no navigational issues.

Waterfront w/ Heated Pool, Private Pier & Kayaks

Our new saltwater heated/cooled pool is a perfect place to relax! Our spacious home comfortably sleeps 13. Our home is filled with recently updated furniture including new beds! The kitchen is fully stocked with all the necessary items needed to make a delicious meal for a large group. You'll have plenty of living space and common areas like the spectacular veranda off the kitchen allowing plenty of space for large groups to congregate.
