The studio includes a satellite TV, refrigerator, microwave, and coffee maker. The queen-size bed and skylight make Rose End a cozy escape.

Need a change of view? Unplug, and relax in this independent private cottage on the homestead. Watch for deer, turkeys and birds in the field from the sunroom or take a hike around the farm. Centered in Fauquier's wine country it is ideal for the weekend escape, or day trips West to the mountains, East to DC or points south. Also, a perfect solution for accommodating family at get-to-gathers, wedding guest, or your "Halfway overnight stay" traveler North/ South or to the beach.

The Soper House is a 1,000 sq.ft. ranch-style home with 3 bedrooms & 1 bath perfectly situated on a 5 acre farmette. Located in Fauquier County, VA. also known as Hunt, Horse & Wine country, each of the bedrooms uniquely displaying these historical themes. This charming cottage has a fully functional eat-in kitchen, a living room & a mudroom with W/D for your use. There are a few neighbors that are visible & we live in the adjacent property & can be easily available.

Welcome to your peaceful retreat! This spacious basement apartment offers a cozy, open layout with comfortable seating and a fully equipped kitchen—perfect for relaxing after a day out. Located in a quiet neighborhood, yet just minutes from shops and attractions. Ideal for solo travelers or couples. PLEASE NOTE: Smoking, vaping, and alcohol are not allowed anywhere on the property. And while there is no TV, guests can enjoy complimentary WiFi throughout their stay.

Adjacent to a 200+ acre state game preserve with walking trails. Enjoy our game room! This separate building hosts darts, an arcade machine (PAC-MAN, Galaga…) and a slate pool table. NOTE: Use the pool / fire pit, pond at your own risk! Pool is closed for the season.
