Come enjoy a peaceful farm stay surrounded by nature. Set on a 40-acre horse property with horses, sheep, chickens, dogs and cats. Villa Maria Beaconsfield Circa 1890 This charming old homestead and country chapel, 100 metres from the Old Princess Hwy (train station 13 min walk, Monash Fwy close by) is ideally located on the gateway to Gippsland. This open aired apartment is craftsman built, detailed and has architectural shaped ceilings. A beautiful relaxing space, which has its own parking, private entry foyer and is locked separately form the main house. Situated on a rise, in a quiet court with open undulating views.

Located in gorgeous Beaconsfield Upper, this modern cottage sits at the top of a picturesque five acre property with ample lawn and a fire pit. We have three horses here and often see kangaroos, wombats, rabbits, eagles, parrots, kookaburras and more. Enjoy the views from the deck or make the short drive to Emerald, Cardinia Reservoir, Puffing Billy, the Dandenongs and several great wineries. There's also fantastic food and coffee at the Beaconsfield Upper General Store just down the hill.

Warneet retreat is a cosy little home away from home. It's ideal for couples or singles. It has a queen size bed. Well behaved dogs are welcome! It's separate from the main house and has front and back doors, a fenced deck and barbecue area. There is a hairdryer, ironing board and iron supplied. The kitchen has a large fridge, electric cook top and microwave oven. Relax in front of the 50 inch TV, watch Netflix or play a game.The retreat is heated and cooled by a split system.

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Nestled in the beautiful coastal town of Warneet. Our recently renovated guesthouse is a perfect spot for a recharging break. With the inlet at the end of the street, you can experience the abundance of flora and fauna. Easy access for those who enjoy walking, kayaking and fishing. On site parking for both cars and boat. Perfect day trips around the area include the Mornington Peninsula and Phillip Island.

A fully self-contained apartment with its own access. A separate bedroom, king bed and ensuite bathroom. Spacious living area and fully equipped kitchen. Positioned within a 10-minute walk to Berwick Train Station and a 15- minute walk to Berwick high street, this is a centrally located place.

Our studio located in the end of a “no-through street”, with a private entrance and yard. One parking lot is available on our driveway, under a security camera. FREE off street parking is also available, unlimited time. The place is only 1km from Westfield Fountain Gate Shopping Centre where you can find almost everything you need.
