The apartment offers 2 bedrooms with double beds (queen size), 1 full bathroom and a living room with separate kitchen. The apartment has air conditioning in the living room, heating, high speed WIFI internet and TV. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, ceramic hob, oven and microwave. Towels, sheets and hair dryer are included. The building has a shared terrace with access from 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m.(same nivel as this apartment) overlooking Ciutadella Park and the city, and an area with washing machines and clothes dryer. The elevator goes up to the 5th floor, and the apartment is on the 6th, so you have to go up one floor by the stairs. Places of interest: Parc de la Ciutadella, Arc de Triomf, Zoo, Parlament de Catalunya, Born district, Picasso Museum, Santa Maria del Mar Church, Gothic quarter, Barcelona Cathedral, Plaza Real, Las Ramblas, Plaza Catalunya, Passeig de Gracia and the beaches of Barcelona! BE CAREFUL: Check all the rules of the house, it's a family building totally specialized for FAMILIES WITH CHILDREN FOR ALL OUR APARTMENTS with very strict rules and SPECIFIC SCHEDULES OF LIFE. It is forbidden to make noise or cause any discomfort to neighbors. The price of the apartment depends on the number of guests. Fixed price up to 2 guests. Important to specify the total number of guests to see the final price. IMPORTANT: TOURIST TAXES: The tourist tax of €6,25* person * night is not included in the price. It applies to those over 16 and for the first 7 nights of the stay. Starting April 1, 2026, the tourist tax will increase to €9.50 per person per night.
