This property is located on Ox Lake which is private. The property has 16 acres. It is a short six block walk to Manhattan Beach Lodge for dining.

Lake Cabin

My lake cabin is on a private lake with no public access (Please note, I do not have a boat landing for guests to bring their own boats due to the steep hill). It is near numerous snowmobile/ATV trails, many beautiful lakes, and the Chippewa National Forest. There is 250 feet of lakeshore and over 30 acres of hunting land across County Road 65. The cabin is on over 4 acres; plenty of room to relax. There is a boathouse, dock, two kayaks, a small boat & motor, a fire pit and gas grill.

Relax and unwind in the heart of the Cuyuna Country State Recreation Area. Cuyuna Creek Cottage is a cozy, unique home nestled into 3+ acres of a woodland haven alongside a creek. This has been our family home since the 1960's. It is nothing fancy but if you are looking for clean and comfortable, we try our best!! It is 1 mile from Longville, 40 miles to Pine River, 30 miles to Walker, and only minutes away from many lakes and trails. *we are currently in the process of working on some much needed repairs to the deck, siding, and such so please keep in mind it may be in some degree of repair if you book through the summer of 2025*

Chuck’s Leech Lake House 11/16-11/21, $129/night

Newly renovated lakefront home on three levels. Pine paneling throughout. Almost 1,600 square feet to relax and enjoy life at the lake. One bedroom and bath on lower level. Main level consists of living room overlooking the lake, kitchen and dining area. Top floor is the master bedroom and bath. It has vaulted ceilings and a wall of windows overlooking the lake. Kitchen has the typical appliances: refrigerator, stove, 2 microwaves, and a dishwasher.

Charming and sumptuous, Metanoia Cottage is everything a retreat ought to be. This property was built in 2019 and offers all the luxuries of home, with the added benefit of a tranquil respite. Metanoia Cottage is just a few blocks from the entrance to the Cuyuna Country State Recreation Area, and only 2 minutes from downtown Crosby, where you’ll find note-worthy restaurants, cafes, artisan ice cream, antiques, and gourmet provisions.
