Luxury one bedroom 17th century cottage B&B

You’ll be charmed by this adorable place to stay. We have created a self contained one bedroom unit as a luxurious bed and breakfast within our 17 th century farmhouse cottage. It boasts an inglenook fireplace and wood burner with an open plan living and dining area. There is a small kitchenette and a choice of continental breakfast is provided. The cottage is situated on the edge of the village of Ashcott overlooking the Quantock hills with beautiful views and has access to many country walks.

Catcott has 2 friendly local pubs (although King William is currently shut) who do great food within walking distance.

Approximately 10 mins from M5 junction 23 a perfect stop to spend a night or more exploring nearby surroundings, or attending a wedding nearby, or to break up a long journey. Quantock Hills are a 10min drive. Bridgwater train station 20 to 30 mins walk. Walking distance to the town centre, supermarkets and public transport. Adults only. This is a great place for bird watchers and wildlife lovers, with excellent opportunities for walking and cycling right from the front door!

The Piggery is a tranquil, stand-alone wood-cabin in the beautiful Somerset countryside. Ideal for short breaks for those who want somewhere quiet and like to get out and about. Situated on our organic small-holding, it has a kingsize bed, ensuite, a TV, wifi and kitchennette facilities - kettle, microwave, fridge. We're 8 mins from the M5, with Taunton, Glastonbury, Street and Wells a few miles drive. Our village has a pub that serves excellent food and a convenience store 2 miles away.
