You are only 7 minuted from the downtown district and all it has to offer, restaurants , bars, festivals and classic car nights . NOT ADA equipped.

Located near the Colorado River and casinos, with Laughlin just over a half-hour drive away, this tranquil studio invites you to relax in a peaceful, friendly neighborhood.

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful river home! Two bedroom with two full baths. This is my personal river home, this isn’t your normal Topock Rental. The furniture and bedroom set take comfort to the next level. Outside shower to rinse off after a day on the water. Local favorites Silver Dollar Bar & Grill, and Blondies Route 66 right around the corner. Topock 66 restaurant and Launch ramp/pool less then 10 min away.
