Welcome to Needles, Less than half a mile from the Colorado River and a mile from a boat launch this 3 bedroom 1 bath pool home provides a great river getaway. Bring your boats, RV's, fishing poles, kayaks, swimsuits and sun block. Plenty of level parking and nearby restaurants. The house is next to I-40 so there will be freeway noise. Our internet has been upgraded and tops out at 10 Mbps. When booking please confirm all members of your party can swim. Parties and smoking are prohibited.

Perfect home and location!!! Clean, spacious with ample parking for boats, trailers all fenced in. Launching just few blocks from here. Private dock. Close to restaurants, grocery, gas and even the casinos. Our home has perfect views inside and out with a large, covered patio with BBQ. Relax with the whole family at this peaceful river home! Two bedroom with two full baths. This is my personal river home, this isn’t your normal Topock Rental. The furniture and bedroom set take comfort to the next level. Outside shower to rinse off after a day on the water. Local favorites Silver Dollar Bar & Grill, and Blondies Route 66 right around the corner. Topock 66 restaurant and Launch ramp/pool less then 10 min away.
