Tropea è la perla della Calabria. Un posto di mare bellissimo dalle acque cristalline. L'appartamento è sopra la più bella spiaggia di Tropea con splendida vista sul mare azzurro, a 10 minuti da Capo Vaticano e vista sulle Eolie al tramonto. E' in pieno Centro Storico, vicino a ristoranti, spiagge, vita notturna e trasporto pubblico. Ti piacerà il mio alloggio per questi motivi: atmosfera, gente, quartiere, spazi esterni e luce. Il mio alloggio è adatto a coppie, famiglie (con bambini) e gruppi.

Superb location in the charming “centro storico”of Tropea on top of the cliff overlooking breathtaking views of the Tyrrhenian sea and the iconic church of Santa Maria del isola and Tropea beaches as well as the Aeolian islands. The apartment was recently renovated and takes place in a 16th century ex-monastery. It has 3 terraces, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a fully equipped modern kitchen and dining space area. Roof top terrace features outdoor shower with beautiful tiles, bbq and lounge area.

L’appartamento si trova all’interno del Palazzo Rispoli, una costruzione di epoca ottocentesca, un tempo dimora della famiglia Rispoli. Il palazzo si affaccia su Corso Sirleto, la via principale di Guardavalle. Oltrepassando un maestoso portale, una volta si accedeva ai locali del piano terra, frantoio e magazzini, che oggi sono adibiti a bar e costituiscono l’entrata dal Corso. Sul piccolo cortile interno si staglia una scalinata in granito che porta all’appartamento situato al primo piano.

Il nostro palazzo si trova in centro storico nella zona ZTL (le strade di accesso sono molto strette per le macchine grandi .) con affaccio "mozzafiato " direttamente sul meraviglioso mare e la spiaggia Marina dell’ Isola el isole Eolie La casa ha muri di pietra con archi e travi a vista .Zona tranquilla, a pochi passi dal corso principale, dal Duomo e dalle scale che portano alla spiaggia sottostante. City Tax not included 1,5 Euros per night per person to be paid in cash upon arrival .

The flat sports three terraces, one with kitchen, two balconies, and views of the hills and sea. Moments from the central staircase to the beach. Great views; many stairs involved. This unique apartment is located in a restored vaulted stone cellar in an over 200 year old palazzo perched on the edge of a cliff overlooking the sea. Sit on our balcony and enjoy the sunset over the sea, then walk to the historical centre in 2 minutes for shops, restaurants and bars. No car necessary! The town's best pasticceria, Peccati di Gola, is on our ground floor. Tropea has some of the best beaches and lidos in Europe, great festivals, and a great farmer's market every Saturday.

The apartment is a very comfortable three roomed apartment with a large and bright living/cooking area, two cosy bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, Wifi, tv, and a big panoramic balcony. Sofa bed situated in the living area allows you to have more guests. In total you have 110 square meters plus the terrace. The WiFi connection is excellent. 200 meters from the main square and 150 from Murat Castle. Just 30km away are the windy beaches of Gizzeria Lido, cult destinations for Kitesurfing.

Il mio appartamento è vicino il centro città , alla bellissima spiaggia raggiungibile in 10 minuti a piedi. Vita notturna ed attività per la famiglia a due passi. Il mio alloggio è adatto a coppie, avventurieri solitari, chi viaggia per lavoro e famiglie (con bambini). Da poco c'è la tassa di soggiorno a persona di euro 1,00 Dal primo Novembre al 30 Aprile, e di euro 2,00 dal primo Maggio al 31 Ottobre, per un massimo di sette notti.
