Casa Statiella è vicina al centro città di Acqui Terme ed a solo 500 mt dalla zona termale e dalla sua grande piscina ed è un punto di partenza ideale per esplorare le ricchezze enogastronomiche, storiche e naturalistiche dell'Alto Monferrato. In un'ora d'auto è possibile raggiungere la riviera ligure oppure visitare le grandi città del nord Italia. Il mio alloggio è adatto a coppie, avventurieri solitari, a chi viaggia per lavoro, a famiglie (con bambini) e amici pelosi (animali domestici).

La nostra casa, un'antica residenza contadina costruita nel 1600 interamente in pietra e custodita dalla nostra famiglia per generazioni, è un luogo dove la storia incontra la bellezza più autertica della natura. Tramonti spettacolari, silenzi rigeneranti e una piscina che ti invita a lasciarti andare. Non è solo una vacanza ma un esperienza di puro benessere da vivere.

On a hilltop with panoramic views in Piemonte you find this lovely traditional stone villa from the 19th century with room for up to 8 guests. With 3 floors, four bedrooms, spacious kitchen and wonderful outdoor retreat area including a spacious swimming pool and barbeque area, it is the perfect place for a relaxing and private vacation for 1 or more families, or a group of friends, during the summer months or during truffle season! The pool is open May -Sep. Oct subject to weather conditions.

The hilltop villa is surrounded by a private park and the renovation has just been completed, with the lowest environmental impact and maximum comfort: photovoltaic system, underfloor heating, electric car and bike charging. Ad Arzello, a pochi chilometri da Acqui Terme, c'è una casa con un grande tiglio davanti. Da quell'albero prende il nome. Il piano terra è tutto per te: soggiorno con cucina, due camere, bagno, dispensa e giardino con posto auto coperto. Fuori dalla porta partono sentieri per mountain bike e passeggiate, il fiume è vicino, il silenzio è quello vero della campagna piemontese. Self check-in semplice, lavastoviglie, lavatrice, macchina del caffè. Per chi vuole staccare davvero.

Ad ACQUI TERME, in un palazzo storico, appartenuto alla famiglia SCATI fin dal 1614, e costruito sulle rovine di un anfiteatro romano, con affaccio direttamente sull'Antica FONTE di ACQUE TERMALI, si trova il nostro appartamento appena ristrutturato con finiture e arredo di lusso, ampio e confortevole. Essendo nel Centro storico della citta, tutti i servizi ( bar. ristoranti, supermercati, farmacie, etc) sono raggiungibili a piedi.
