We provide every thing needed to enjoy your stay: sheets, towels, hair dryer, coffee pot, microwave, stove, refrigerator, iron, washer and dryer, 2 TVs with Xfinity Wi-Fi and cable. Our kitchen is your kitchen. Feel free to use our cooking ware, utensils, dishes and appliances as needed. Before checkout, Please put your dishes in the dishwasher and clean up fenced yard, after pets.

Welcome to Spring Cottage, a beautifully decorated cottage nestled in the charming downtown historic Cave Spring. This cozy cottage has a rocking chair front porch with an open concept design. This is a non-smoking, pet free environment. It is completely private with a front door code that will give you personal and secure access. The cottage is conveniently located within walking distance of unique shops, eateries, Rolater Park, cave exploration, historic buildings, Pinhoti trail and more.

Deep water Lake House

This is a small lake house with deep water access on spring creek at Lake Weiss. We have a 2 level boat dock and private boat ramp for small boats . The upper deck is great for sunning or enjoying the views and below is great for parking ur boat, fishing and swimming. We have a kamado Joe grill for smoking, roasting or grilling and a gas grill for convenience. Great screened in porch for times the bugs are out. Our house us pet friendly as well. Great vacation spot for time on the lake!!

Old East Rome Cottage

Adorable updated 1941 cottage in old East Rome. Lots of restaurants within a few blocks and downtown Main St. & the river are only a few miles away. Close to many attractions in Rome including Berry and Shorter Colleges and Darlington. Both bedrooms have queen beds. There is a full bathroom between the bedrooms, a Smart TV in the LR & Wi-Fi access throughout. The back deck has a table & chairs. Screened-in porch with swing. Fenced-in backyard. Just minutes away is quaint Cave Spring, with antique shops and great restaurants. Enjoy walking, fishing, kayaking, biking, and hiking. Bring your gear and go! 15 minutes to Rome. 19 miles to Indian River ATV Park. 26 miles to Highland Off-road Park. We have room to park trucks and trailers.

Mountain Lake Villa

A tiny home that is located right at the foot of Lookout Mountain and just in front of Weiss Lake. Here you are less than a mile from a public boat access. Minutes away from Cherokee Rock Village, Little River Canyon, Little River, Coosa River, and Neely Henry Lake. The home sits across the field from me and is situated with a twin home that could be rented by someone else. Yours will be the one on the left.
