In late 2020 my wife and I bought our dream property in Puglia. Our renovated home retains many original features but has been modernised internally with air-conditioning throughout. In 2024 we completed our amazing pool area and extensive works to the surrounding land. This unique antique villa is in a great location, less than 5 minutes from Ceglie Messipica and just over 10 minutes from Ostuni. The extra large 12m by 6m pool is lined by a long seat with double mattresses for comfortable lounging. The layout allows for family groups to enjoy their own private room spaces. When its time, everyone can come together under the huge gazebo, perfect for entertaining, relaxing, eating, drinking. The outside kitchen is impressively equipped with wood fired oven and charcoal grill.
