A Continental style Breakfast which will more than fill you up, is included as well or a takeaway if you're leaving early. The River Ouse is only a 10 min walk away as well as other country walks Very close to Restaurants (Car or Bus 15 minutes) the A1 and M1. No transport? Lovely room in Market Gadeners Cottage approx a mile from supermarkets and restaurants in Sandy town centre. Ideally located for RSPB nature reserve, Shuttleworth College and Air Museum, Good Rail Links to London and the North. Located approx mile down country lane nice for walking or cycling in the area. Breakfast is fruit, cereal, yoghurt, there is use of a microwave and small fridge at property. We are close to main line railway line, although room is to rear of property.

We’ve created a modern, hotel room-style bedroom for our guests. The room includes a comfortable double bed, a desk space to work, en-suite with new shower and full height wardrobe. It is a private room attached to house with a separate entrance. Please note we do not allow access to the rest of our house.
