Cosy cottage (Pen Lon Las) is part of the east wing of Albro Castle workhouse situated in its own valley overlooking the Teifi Estuary. We are surrounded by beautiful countryside with the start of the Pembrokeshire Coast Path at the end of our lane. Poppit beach is a 15 minutes walk away and the Preseli Mountains a 20 minute drive. St.Dogmaels is a pretty village with a local produce market every Tuesday, brilliantly stocked shop for essentials and the Ferry Inn pub just a 5 minute walk form us.

The Copper Hide - Beautiful and Unique Escape

The Copper Hide is a unique escape at Arth Valley Retreat on the west coast of Wales. This old dairy milking parlour was converted into accommodation some years ago but has recently (2024) benefited from a complete makeover. With a roll top bath, mezzanine bed with large star gazing window and Woodburning stove. During your stay you’ll be free to roam our piece of the valley that flows down to a river with waterfalls. Only a few minutes from the sea. Come and enjoy this romantic spot in nature.

Enjoy the utter peace and tranquility of the cottage and its surroundings and use it as a base to explore the local Cardigan Bay area, with its beautiful beaches and seaside towns and villages. A cheerfully colourful apartment right on the promenade. It offers a quiet bedroom and a large open-plan living-dining-kitchen room with sea views. There you will find a well-equipped kitchen, as well as a dining table, a sofabed and a TV, books and games. The apartment has a personal atmosphere in which you can relax well. Situated on a quiet road in between the sea side town of New Quay and Llanarth, our cabin is close enough to be by the sea in 5 minutes but without the crowds. The Cabin is situated at the end of our drive, with it's own parking area and a small private garden offering a sea view and is the perfect place to watch a beautiful sunset in peace and quiet. Inside, the cabin offers a living space perfect for a couples retreat to get away and unwind.

Enjoy the beautiful surroundings at this peaceful pod in the Welsh Hills, just over a mile outside Devils Bridge, which is famous for its waterfalls. The Pod is on a quiet country lane with lots of wonderful walks straight out the door. The Pod is cosy and the perfect spot to enjoy the quiet countryside and beautiful dark skies, whilst also having plenty of interesting things to do and see in the local area.

Welcome to our lovely character filled cottage ‘Y Bwthyn’ situated between New Quay and Aberaeron. It provides an ideal base to explore beautiful Cardigan Bay and the Ceredigion beaches. We’re less than a mile from Cei Bach and Traeth Gwyn beaches and half a mile from the Welsh Coastal Path so it truly is a walker’s paradise. You can even walk along the beach to New Quay at low tide.
