Cosy cottage (Pen Lon Las) is part of the east wing of Albro Castle workhouse situated in its own valley overlooking the Teifi Estuary. We are surrounded by beautiful countryside with the start of the Pembrokeshire Coast Path at the end of our lane. Poppit beach is a 15 minutes walk away and the Preseli Mountains a 20 minute drive. St.Dogmaels is a pretty village with a local produce market every Tuesday, brilliantly stocked shop for essentials and the Ferry Inn pub just a 5 minute walk form us.

The Copper Hide is a unique escape at Arth Valley Retreat on the west coast of Wales. This old dairy milking parlour was converted into accommodation some years ago but has recently (2024) benefited from a complete makeover. A cheerfully colourful apartment right on the promenade. It offers a quiet bedroom and a large open-plan living-dining-kitchen room with sea views. There you will find a well-equipped kitchen, as well as a dining table, a sofabed and a TV, books and games. The apartment has a personal atmosphere in which you can relax well. As the accommodation is very well equipped it is also suitable for longer stays. I happily welcome guests of all faiths, genders, sexual orientations and ethnicities.
