Conveniently situated for visiting Plymouth (10 miles), the fantastic beaches of the South Hams (Bigbury on Sea 15 miles), the Dartmoor National Park (6.3 miles), and beyond.

Relax and enjoy a home from home feel in this modern self contained annex situated in the ancient stannary town of Plympton. 10 min walk to the Ridgeway which offers local shops, restaurants and pubs. A Chinese take-away a couple of minutes up the road as well as other takeaways in the area. A 14 min drive to the City Centre, Barbican and Hoe. Close to Dartmoor, beaches, golf courses, the A38, St Elizabeth’s House, Elfordleigh and Boringdon Hall. With a bus stop right outside the property.
