New for 2024! Molly's Haven is a beautiful barn conversion, spacious, perfect for families and friends to stay and enjoy this beautiful part of the country. A rural location, accessed via a private track, (no street lights here!), but is still only a short drive to local amenities (2 miles) and the A38 (2.5 miles). Conveniently situated for visiting Plymouth (10 miles), the fantastic beaches of the South Hams (Bigbury on Sea 15 miles), the Dartmoor National Park (6.3 miles), and beyond.

It's an ideal base from which to explore Cornwall (only five miles away), Dartmoor, and the wider south Devon area. Sorry, no group or party bookings. One-night bookings are available on request, subject to a 50% premium. There's no self-check-in facility, as we like to welcome our guests face-to-face.

A Chinese take-away a couple of minutes up the road as well as other takeaways in the area. A 14 min drive to the City Centre, Barbican and Hoe. Close to Dartmoor, beaches, golf courses, the A38, St Elizabeth’s House, Elfordleigh and Boringdon Hall. With a bus stop right outside the property.

Semi Rural. Access to our property is via a Private Road and secure gates, there is plenty of room to park. Our private suite has access via the back of the property. Here you have a patio to enjoy stunning views over the countryside. This idyllic setting is perfect for couples or those on business. Situated in the South Hams close to the Ocean City of Plymouth and on the edge of Dartmoor an area of outstanding Natural beauty. Note; Transport is essential we are not on a local bus route.

This self-contained garden property offers high quality for a very low price. We offer a high-standard fully equipped, private annex, with a garden and brook. A simple breakfast is also provided! Free parking included TVs: 55inch lounge + 28inch bedroom. It’s a quiet location, on the edge of Plympton St Maurice. 4-min walk to Plympton Ridgeway with pubs, shops and restaurants There are 15 steps down to the Annex so it is not suitable for people with limited mobility or health issues.

Dartmoor National Park,local beaches and the gateway to Cornwall are a shortdrive away.Enjoy the SW coastal path ,the Historic Barbican and Plymouth Hoe. It is a sustainable residence, heated by Air Source Heat Pump and mainly powered by Solar panels and batteries.
