The Proprietor's Flat in the Main House has one, king-size bed and private bath with a tub/shower combination. Tastefully decorated with 18th century furniture, the private and luxurious flat also boasts a separate living room, dining room and kitchen in addition to beautiful hardwood floors. Amenities include hair dryer, iron/board, television, refrigerator, safe and high-speed internet access. These living quarters are the largest in the Jasmine House, totaling 1,200 sq. ft.

Room 15-The Boattail. This ground floor guest room has an entry area off of the main courtyard. Comfortably furnished for up to 4 guests with 2 queen-sized beds.
