You will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located place. A 5 minute walk to the Beach Park which has a pool, bocci, pickleball, tennis, basketball and kayak rentals. The house is a quick ride to the P. G. airport, 2 miles to Sunseeker Resort and 3 miles to historic Punta Gorda.

Kayaking, fishing, boating or just laying on the beach soaking up some sun! We have two kayaks and two bicycles for your use, or try fishing from our dock.
