This cabin is centrally located in Fairbanks and two blocks from main bus lines and 2 miles from University of Alaska and rail depot. Great for a family to settle in while exploring the great interior!

We have a banya sauna for bathing. Running hot & cold water inside cabin. A store & laundromat with showers 1 mile away. Ivory Jacks restaurant & bar 1 mile away, Sam's Thai 3 miles. Great northern lights viewing! Close to hiking trails & bird sanctuary. Our home is a 4min walk from cabin.

About 2000 square feet with 2 bedrooms, each with a queen bed. Maximum occupancy in winter is 5 people if one person is willing to sleep on the very comfortable couch. Aurora viewable from within house if weather and aurora activity cooperate.

Our house is located on the banks of the Chena River. Large deck and sunny front room great for enjoying the Midnight Sun or Winter Northern Lights. This little log cabin gives guests an authentic Alaskan experience of "damp" (running water at the sink, heated outhouse, no shower) cabin living with all the creature comforts in a cozy spot nestled in the woods.
