The cabanas are owned and operated by Solarte & Rutilio Barqueño and his family Carmelita and Brenilda. 30$ per person per day includes homestay at our Eco-lodge. Trip, tours, and food are additional, but are very reasonable price:) Our 5 cabins are made of traditional Embera style housing type built on stilts whithout walls. There is no electrecity, but the are solar panels to charge any appliance. Water is treated for guest. Food is prepared with love and from farms of this subsistence.

Son unas cabañas donde podra tener contacto directo con la natualeza, puede realizar kayaks, tours de observación de aves, aprender actividades agroecoturisticas, va a aprender sobre la conservación de jaguares, ya que es l aunica finca a nivel nacional donde se lleva a cabo un proyecto de conservación de felinos. Disfrutara de la naturaleza y la tranquilidad en un mismo lugar. Puede montar a caballos. Y realizar varios tours desde allí.

La Chunga is in a difficult access indigenous community without electricity or roads. Come see this gem of a community and the indigenous way of life. You’ll love this place because of the nature walks, the wildlife, the gastronomy, and the people. We have a number of guided tours and adventures. My place is good for adventurers trying to see something new and exciting.
