South Twin Place is located on the shores of South Twin Lake on the Pemadumcook Chain of Lakes. Perfectly located for your trip to the Kathadin region for visiting Baxter State Park (Mt. Kathadin), exploring the lakes with many gorgeous beaches, white water rafting the Penobscot River, fishing, riding ATV's or snowmobiling on the Jo Mary trail system from the property! Property has excellent swimming and plenty of dock space for your boat. Located just 6 miles from in-town Millinocket!

Also, the "Loft" with A/C above the garage (4th bedroom) is available for a separate fee. It has a queen bed plus twin day bed and a trundle sleeping up to 4 guests, no bathroom. Beautiful home on Wyman Lake

This large one bedroom two bath "camp" is located on Wyman Lake directly off Rt. 201, approximately 8 minutes north of Bingham. This is a wonderful location to unwind and decompress. The absolute perfect place to ice fish with the kids. Watch the flags from the window or while your roasting marshmallows in the fire pit. Try your hand at smoking meat on the pellet smoker and propane grill combo. Bring your snowshoes (or rent ours) and take your dog on an adventure around the lake.

The Beaver Cove Marina is a short drive away and provides convenient access to launch your boat for the day.

Millinocket area, Smith Pond cabin-Loon Haven

Loon Haven is a peaceful log cabin retreat for family and friends to gather and enjoy all the area has to offer. Situated just 3 miles from Millinocket, this cabin is right on Smith pond and has access to the ITS trails in the winter, ice fishing, snowshoeing and x-country skiing trails as well. In the spring and summer, boating, fishing, hiking, and other summer activities are available at the pond and nearby lakes. Maps and pamphlets are available in the cabin.
