Wifi, Roku with streaming channels (bring your login info for Hulu, Amazon, Netflix, etc). * river is not accessible from the home however there is access about 1 mile down the road. One block from 101 you can drop in and stay and be on your way quickly. Nana's house faces the south and has snippets of ocean view. There is plenty of light coming in to living room, kitchen and front deck. This house is an old mill house so it isn't fancy! Quaint and cozy with a kitchen and laundry.
