For keen walkers, it’s possible to walk to the beach. There's the most fabulous views from the garden of the sea and countryside. There's parking outside and no steps. This cottage is perfect for those who are less mobile. It's ideal for couples that seek a retreat in the countryside. There's so much wildlife and dark skies at night.

A beautiful open plan studio apartment, furnished to the highest standard for self-catering with a fully equipped kitchen with oven, grill, hob, fridge, microwave. Beesands with its renowned pub & fish restaurant and the coastal path are less than a mile away. The barn is situated approx. 6 miles from Kingsbridge and 8 miles from Dartmouth. Salcombe is easily reached by foot ferry from East Portlemouth 5 miles away.

Slapton is a pretty village with ancient narrow streets leading down to the sea and is only a 20min drive to Dartmouth, Kingsbridge and Totnes.
